To return the products, you must receive a request number from our customer service department.
Yourself may replace any unopened stock in its new condition, including new packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund as per the product value. During such a case, shipping charges gift wrapping costs and/or any other extra charges incurred to make it a special case delivery will not be refunded.
Every shipping charge agreed to return the product to us will not be refunded.
While fact an item is undelivered, unclaimed or returned due to customer issues shipping costs will not be refunded.

Every return must be shipped back using a trackable courier at the buyer's cost.

Cancellation
- You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- A delivered order can be only cancelled in case of Defects/Damage/Non-Functionality.
- During the case the item you have ordered has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. There will be a cancellation cost of 5% suitable for such cancellations. Your compensation will be prepared once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
